With 10 weeks to go before the general election, the campaign to elect Purna Sen in Brighton Pavilion is going from strength to strength. Brighton & Hove Labour activists have been working tirelessly, talking to residents 7 days a week to get our message across. In the past few months, Arundel & South Downs CLP members have supported our colleagues from Pavilion CLP on the streets of Brighton to elect both Purna and Labour's council candidates on May 7th, and the response from voters is hugely positive.

All South Downs Labour members are welcome to join Team Purna for campaigning events and are particularly encouraged to participate in the regular Super Saturdays and monthly National Campaign Weekends. The next big campaign weekend is Saturday 28th February - Sunday 1st March. This is a great opportunity to meet other local activists, and get lots of support as well if you want to try campaigning for the first time. Please join us in the morning, early afternoon or late afternoon, or for the whole day! We will be very pleased to see you for whatever time you have free that day. If you can't go out on the doorstep, please come along anyway and help with other activities. Meet at the Team Pavilion Campaign Office, 179 Preston Road BN1 6AG. We will be on hand all day with tea, coffee, biscuits plus lunch. For full details of upcoming events, please check out our events page, or follow this link: http://www.purna4pavilion.org.uk/events
